Very happy with the service. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I have stopped by to drop off and pick up twice in the past couple days. The drop off process is very straight forward. Having my name in the system expedites the transaction. For pick-up, I see there is a drive-up way and a walk-in way. The comment is there may need to be one or two more people when the line is growing. Great service, fast & efficient dry cleaning of all of my items & very convenient location with 24 hour access. They even put a button on my suit pants that was missing! I’ll definitely be back. 50% off the first order was a nice surprise also.
I just moved from MN and used Tide there. I was happy to find another Tide Drycleaners in Vegas. I went in with my bag and they were very helpful. I’m an airline crew member and had questions about getting uniforms cleaned and they answered all of my questions. I didn’t get an email when my order was finished so I called them a few days later to find out they had my email incorrect. The gentleman apologized and fixed it in the computer. Great job!
