Great customer service. If I had anything to complain about. I had pointed out a red stain on a formal dress. I was worried about it coming out and it wasn’t very clear that they’d pass it along to who was cleaning it. The receipt he gave me didn’t mention anything about specific stain and where to focus. I ended up calling back after I left to clarify they’d mark that down to pass on. It wasn’t clear if that makes sense. Annoying I had to call again after driving away, but better safe then sorry in my opinion.
