From the minute I walked through the Herriman Tide Cleaners, to the moment I walked out of the South Jordan Tide Cleaners, I received the utmost care. The Herriman Tide Cleaners was not equipped to dry clean my 95” draperies, so they kindly referred me to South Jordan. I got the best one on one attention, I rarely ever receive from other businesses, even though another customer was waiting at the drive through window. Excellent service
Did pick up and return without any contact by coming to car and taking items out of trunk. Items were done in time promised and cleaning job looked good.
I’m glad I found Tide Dry Cleaners. They do a great job on our personal dry cleaning along with my wife’s uniforms. The manager, Rebecca is always friendly and is a pleasure to deal with. I also like the conveniences of drive-up drop-off and pick-up service, the after hours kiosk and the weekly discount offers!
Great place. Clothing in great shape - you expect that. But the staff are great. I do feel a little weird/lazy when I drive up and they come to the car and collect your cleaning or they come out to the car and put it in the car for you. I feel like I should be tipping them for this personal service!
