It was great as usual, my black cocktail dress was not assigned to us so I had to call and find out what happened to it. Eventually we sorted it out but my discount coupon was not used on it. So had to call again and sort that out but it was all resolved and I have a credit on my account for the discount. Thank you for making washing day easy
Lovely employees come directly to my car, take my heavy bedspread and quickly pull up my name in the system. In a flash I am out of there and in my way. Too easy! When I pickup a happy young person smiles as they put my clean spread in the back of my car. The protective plastic bag is of such high quality that I return it for reuse by another customer. Thank you!
