You guys do good work. The promotional coupons sent via e-mail become irrelevant and irritating when trying to activating them. Why don't you give a 20% coupon to regular customers to encourage a loyal client base. This is a better incentive than to have a kid tell you the coupon is "out of date" or that the coupon is "only for Thursday."

This was my first visit and I loved it! The staff was very friendly and the suit came back smelling so good and looks amazing.
I just LOVE the Tide Dry Cleaners. For one, clothes come out smelling much better than I'm used to for a dry cleaners. It's pleasant instead of chemical. And everything always looks so nice and fully clean. You can't beat the convenience of the after hours pickup. So perfect!! Here's the best proof ever - I started ADDING to my wardrobe of dry clean only clothes now that I have such an awesome go-to for taking care of them. Solid Win.
