You do a great job on the dry cleaning itself, but I dislike how much paper and materials you waste stuffing sleeves, etc.
The main reason I use the Tide service is because of the delivery service person on my route, Travis. He is very service-oriented and works with my family to always help us with pick ups and deliveries. We trust him to do the work and also enjoy quick chats when he arrives. Thanks.
