Extremely fast and personable !! I am definitely a customer for life !! I had brought is clothes I had picked up from anorher cleaners here in Round Rock, they still smelled like my husband's cologne and deodorant, so I ran them over to Tide and they got them back to me in less than a full day turn around !!! They were clean and fresh and even steamed !! Thank You Guys !!!

I always get great service at Tide Dry Cleaners, and my last visit was no exception. Even though I had an issue with the amount charged, the manager took the time to discuss it with me and make it right. I am also always happy with the quality of their work. The clothes always look great when I pick them up. On one occasion, they were not able to get a stain out so they called me and asked if I could give them more time to work on it. Everyone i spoke to was extremely polite and put customer service first. The only reason I'm unable to give 5 stars is because my order was lost. It was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday and never showed. After some research the following day, it looks like the driver had scanned it for his truck but had actually left it at the facility. The management team was very quick to address the issue of find it & credit me for the delay.
