Doing fairly well. Still having issues with my white lab coat lapels not well folded and ironed properly. I still have to got back and personally arrange them properly and iron them out. Also some conflicting actions on orders. I say light starch on the order, but then see heavy starch on the receipt. Staff have to listen more carefully to instructions. Otherwise, they’re very good on timelines of orders.

I requested, on a written note attached to the laundry bag, my 4 pair of pants be laundered. They were dry cleaned even though the cleaning tags had the do not dry clean symbol. Appears to be an up sell. This has happened before and I never said anything. I do not know what else I can do to have you respect my wishes. Would have left a 5 star otherwise. Ron
Everyone is so polite and accommodating. The clothes come back with the creases on the pants and shirts are perfect.
Always love your cleaning...the sewing on of buttons is a little questionable
