I was very thankful that Tide Cleaners provides same day service, and that this information was easy to find on your website the night before I dropped off my husband's suit for a big meeting. The customer service on drop off and pick up was also consistent and friendly.

The team applied my BOGO offer even though it had not been added the Thursday I dropped off my order. I appreciate their efficiency in getting that done for me, not to mention the excellent job they did on my clothes.

I dropped off my comforter without having to get out of my car, had it back in 3 days (weekend involved) and picked it up the same way. This is a very efficient way of moving through a very busy dry cleaning store. Comforter looks great.
Tide Cleaners is very convenient with the drive up and customer service is great.
For drop off and pick up the attendants were extremely helpful & polite. My clothes looked great at pick up & since it was my first visit I got 25% off & a bunch of goodies to make my clothes at home smell good. Will have to test out the drive thru & kiosk options soon. Pretty cool to offer that convenience. Thanks!
