Emily waited on me the last two times I was there. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She is what sets Tide apart from other dry cleaners. All the staff is great but Emily has really been a joy to see when I come in.
I was happy with the condition of my item however I thought the cost was over the top
After a year of not picking up my dry cleaning, I believe the ladies name was Jocelyn, was efficient and dedicated to finding my year old items. I will always be grateful.

Firstly the young people employed at this Tide Cleaners are very friendly, happy, and efficient!! The system utilized is much more effective that your typical dry cleaner where it can take a long time to find a garment! Here you drive you give them your slip and within two minutes your cleaning has been placed in your car by the Tide employee! Also everyone knows Tide means quality cleaning and my dry cleaning certainly for that Bill!! They are great. Try them out!!
