My house started renovation and I started using Tide laundry service wash and fold. Since two years we are using the dry cleaning service. i recently used tide dry cleaners and had an awful experience . Not only did they not return all the clothes , they charged me twice for some of them. When i went to pick up my dry cleaning , i paid for all the clothes and after waiting for 15 minutes , they said that 3 pieces of clothing were not ready and i should come back. i asked them to give a recpt and they gave me a a print with some clothes marked in pen .
