I drop off dry cleaning once a year these folks completely messed up the order sent me home with the wrong items didn’t know until I got home. I get a call that I should bring back the wrong items as they found my items. It is the 4th of July so I can’t get in immediately and I should not be expected to. It's been 20 days since I dropped off my suits at a local Hy Vee for processing through Tide. My clothes are still not back, no phone calls to explain why, and no response when I call. Worst customer experience of my life. Still waiting for my suits to be returned.
