Tried this location for the first time last week. They lost a brand new custom jacket and wouldn’t attempt to find it. I showed up three times to pick up my order of clothes and they kept saying “come back tomorrow for the last piece”. Eventually they admitted that they couldn’t find it. I asked if they could deliver the jacket to me once they found it and they responded “I can’t make that decision”… I explained that they regularly do scheduled delivery and pickups to my building a few times a week. I recently dropped off a small throw blanket to be dry cleaned. Without any consideration I figured it would be close to other dry cleaning prices, which I have paid around $12. However, I never received an email or phone like I was told so I called to see if my order was ready for pick up. When I asked how much it was I was baffled when I was told $35.00. If I had known this prior to, I would have never had it dry cleaned. I will never use this location or tide dry cleaners again.
Needed to catch a flight for work next day, went to drop my few items off at the Tied cleaners because I heard good things. The place was an absolutely ghost town, I had to even ask my wife if they were open since no one was around. I go inside and tell them I need the dry cleaning in 24 hours, and they said it couldn't be done..I even offered to pay more..terrible experience. Went to a local place, way better and got my clothes done on time! Avoid this place!

I spent almost $200 & everything I took is still dirty. Not 1 clean item but yet they made me pay full price for each. My 1st & last time going. NEVER USE THEM. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!
Very bad experience with wash and fold...and customer service was poor( no service recovery efforts for such lousy service) stick to dry cleaning services
