Just picked-up a load of shirts that were cleaned. 12 were laundered 4 were dry cleaned ($4 more per shirt). My wife called and asked for an explanation regarding why the difference. Didn’t get a good answer. Made no sense. May be looking for another cleaners.

Writing this review to make other consumers aware of the poor customer service and damage they do to your clothes. With my most recent load, a shirt was returned to me with 2 holes in the back of it equidistant from the shoulders. This absolutely was from the machines used at this facility. I spoke with the manager who was not willing to provide me the funds to replace this shirt but instead insisted it was not from his machines. I understand that accidents can happen but to not take responsibility is very unprofessional. ... read more
Abusive behavior to customers. Fraudulently states in writing will charge 2 pieces and bait and switch charges 3 pieces. When I asked, manger tried to keep/steal a piece of my dry cleaning clothing and touched the cleaned clothes. I asked to call the police. Assistance is requested to report to attorney general fraud division.

Don't use tide cleaner they fired my mother for no reason. Looks like a Possible discrimination lawsuit !
