As a customer I feel better when welcomed by a pleasant smile from Tide's associate.You may need to add once in a while input from a marketing person to promote your location considering that mailings are working ( that's my own experience) & offer discounts not just via Facebook.
Had very bad experience at the Buffalo Grove location. Had the same experience for using coupon. It was valid till 9/30. I went on 9/26. Coupon was for getting 2 garments cleaned for free. When I presented coupon I was told iT was valid only on opening day. Coupon did not say that. total BS. Will never go there again and would not recommend. Most lousy service. It is a shame. Bad bad bad.
I drove a half hour for them to tell me that the expiration date is inaccurate... It said on the coupon September 30. Thanks for making me waste the gas.
