Still waiting on a call back that their carousel is fixed so I can get my clothes. No email, no phone call no nothing. Carousel is broken. Employees annoyed at questions. #untrustworthy

They were also not in the packaging that they were returned to you in. Yet, we still offered to repair the small holes (2 of which are in common wear spots - elbows/sleeve backs from rubbing on a desk), for no charge. Horrible horrible place to drop off your clothes, even when you gave clear instruction. The manager name Gabriela Velez, she lied to my face. She said,she asked corporate to result the situation, but she never did . They lost my hook and left my shirt hung for 2 weeks, they never call me or anything. I would never use this place again.

service has been really bad last few months. Clothes not pressed properly, clothes lost, the blouse ruined and clothes not being found for over 30 minutes of waiting. employees don't seem to be trained very well

Better communications - was told my cleaning would be ready after 5:00 on Monday and it wasn’t. It wasn’t ready till Wednesday afternoon after I had made 2 more trips to pick it up!
