Today was the last day that I will ever step foot in Tide Dry Cleaners. They sent me a coupon yesterday, I dropped off my clothes this morning and was told this afternoon that my coupon was only valid for drop off, not pick up. I literally dropped off and picked up on the same day. Oh well, you get to keep your couple dollar coupon, but you’ve lost my bi-weekly $50. I’m sure another cleaner will appreciate my business more than Tide.

Close to robbery. I went to this dry cleaners because I had a 30% off coupon I was going to use when I picked my laundry up. When I did pick my clothes up, I was informed that they charged a card on file at drop off. They didn’t tell me they were charging my card at drop off, and I had no chance to apply my coupon. Incredibly deceptive at best, theft at worse. Steer clear of this place.

Dropped off suit on Tuesday afternoon. Went to pick up Thursday and was told it wasn't ready. Just went to pick up and it's missing! Was told it's at the other store. They are clueless and made no offer to make any type of amends. Bad first impression!
I've never been a fan of dry cleaning... until now. Not only because of the environmental friendly dry cleaning solution they use, but they're friendly, helping folks, especially Shiloh. Not to mention the freebies, competitive pricing, and that my clothes feel and smell fresher than I could have ever imagined. It's a win, win... and more winning, situation.
