The experience was fine and they honored a coupon I had, but still quite expensive.
The check in progress is always painful. They always have trouble with my last name. So I am always worried that they won't be able to find my account and get my clothes. Usually have to type it in 2 or 3 times.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
