Customer service was good Although I called before bringing my comforter in and was priced at 30$ and 20% off When I picked up it was 30$ and some change ? Found two spots still on comforter as well and the bedding was ruff no fabric softener was put in
I went to Tide Cleaners after receiving a 50% off first time customer coupon. I was curious and wanted to see if Tide Cleaners was as good and competitively priced as a competitor that I typically go to. The 5 shirts I had dry cleaned came out fine and as expected. Unfortunately, the normal Tide Cleaner's pricing is approximately $1.00 more per shirt than a competitor's price with a coupon that has always been available on the competitor's website. Always quick and the price is right!!
Tide Cleaners Zionsville was able to get out some spots that I got on a long formal dress. They looked to be oil based. ( not sure What they were from orb how they got there) . Needless to say, I am very happy!! Would definitely recommend Tide Cleaners Zionsville.
Did the sofa covers, and they came back sparkling without any "dry cleaning odor", and they got them done sooner than promised. Great job.
