Experience was ok. Half my order was not ready at end of day Friday when originally expected. There was a note included on one of the hangars but the note did not make sense. Wasn’t sure if the note was for me or a Tide employee

Would suggest you give me good way to contact someone if we have no laundry to be delivered or picked up which happens more often in summer to save you a trip
