Along with other cleaning I sent 3 pair of jeans. When I picked them up one pair had a perfect crease. The other two pair the crease was on the side, I have never seen this before. Not happy with this workmanship.
I had stopped using Tide a couple of months ago. Decided to give them another chance. Dropped off 5 shirts 3 pants. Came in only 5 shirts. They could not find my pants 2 hours later they found my pants. Inconvenience yes.. nonchalant demeanor from the employee is what bothered me the most.
Brought in 4 shirts to be cleaned which cost me $39.75 to clean over priced and to expensive I just MOVED to Texas from New York I have never paid these prices for 4 shirts I have to keep searching for another cleaners I'm sorry but with these prices I will not be using your service I can't recommend your service to anyone I have ALOT of things that needs attention from a dry cleaner but I will not pay for prices at $39.75

I felt like it was way too expensive. 2 suits (total of 4 pieces) and my by was almost $60. Wasnt at all communicated to me until i picked up my order. On one of my suits the buttons were still loose, which i bring this up because, as part of your cleaning, they supposedly offer complementary button inspection and re-sewing. Tide is the best cleaners for men’s work shirts. They come out whiter than they came in as well as fresh smelling and well pressed. My two issues are the price of dry cleaning. It is my impression that dry cleaning cost twice as much here compared to other cleaners. I accept this begrudgingly because I don’t need dry cleaning all the time. My second issue was the cost of having shirts press. Brand new shirts were charged nearly the price of dry cleaning instead of the price of laundry, when all they needed to be is pressed.
I asked for heavy starch and creases on my husbands jeans - neither of which was on the receipt so it did not get done. Not sure why the cost was so much.
Its always been great with your staff , pick up from the car and drop off into your car. its great and safe everyone wearing Masks. Thank you!
