I was greeted by a very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable representative, who made sure I knew that my special wool shirt would be handled carefully, as it had 3 little moth holes by a front pocket being sent out shortly for repair. The pickup time being the next afternoon was great, & not having to get out of the car for your excellent service was a plus. The shirt looks great too - thank you!
