I always have great customer service from the two usual ladies that work there. However, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with a lady that I have only seen in there one. time. Tuesday Jan.14 This time she never gave eye contact, just said how many? I said she would have to count as there wre quite a few shirts and some dry cleaning. I have used Tide cleaners and it's predessors, at this location and a prior location in front of Lexington Woods for over 30 years. Iris, the manager at the Louetta Road location in Spring, Texas has handled my dry cleaning and shirt laundry for nearly the entire time. My total trust in her has kept me as a loyal customer through 2 corporate name changes.
