I do not appreciate the woman at the sales counter calling me a liar that I've never been at your location so that I couldn't complaint about prior service and then later finding the account under my wife's name. Rude customer service. Additionally, I asked for heavy starch on my shirts. My shirts were wrinkled by the time I got home and starch was non- existent. I had to re-starch and re-iron them. A waste of my time.
Everybody working there seemed very friendly and professional. The only complaint I have was it did seem a bit pricey. 8.41 for a single pair of pants did seem a bit much. Other than that the experience was great
Great with the staff and cleaning...prices are not as competitive.
I have been a customer since 1991 and the service is outstanding, but I can't continue to pay non competitive prices. In some instances, nearly double a nearby competitor.

Great customer service, friendly staff, every now and then I get a bad pressing on laundry but I always get it re done! They are very professional!!! John has a great attitude! My champion forest location it's a little out of my way but worth the trip, wish they did delivery in my neighborhood!
