Customer service very kind - clothes look great
Check in procedure orderly and easy. Personnel polite and courteous. However, I did not get a claim ticket when I dropped off clothing to be cleaned for the first time. Since I was new to Tide Cleaners I assumed this info could be sent to my e-mail of cell phone within a short period of dropping off the clothes. I did not receive anything.
