They had originally told me they would only take 10 pieces, but they accepted my whole bag! The clothes were ready by the next day and were cleaned very well. They are doing a wonderful service during this difficult time in our community!

I intentionally counted the items i dropped off for dry cleaning. 7 shirts. 3 pants. Upon arriving for pick up i only received 6 out of 7 shirts back. The associate (Tiffany) told me that a description of the shirt must be provided in order to attempt to locate it. Unfortunately, my fiance does not remember what shirt it could've been. And i didn't take pics of the items. I certainly will in the future. Seems as Tide would do something else for the customer when things like this occur.
