Great service, great communication, way too expensive
Easy drop off and pickup
Service was fine. I quit going because you charge too much, particularly $10 to dry clean shirts. I’m getting the identical service at River Oaks Cleaners down the street for 1/2 the price.
I would dearly love to stay a loyal Tide Cleaners client however your pricing is beyond the value. If I could keep an ongoing 20% discount I would likely return

Customer service was great. The manager was efficent and quick.
My clothes are always well pressed and hung well so that they won’t wrinkle awaiting wear. The attendants are always very nice and professional, and most times remember who you are without needing to ask. Cost is a bit higher than other places, yet I’ve not had my clothing damaged or come up missing like other places. The service is quick and reliably arrives when they advise at pickup. My go to!
Shaneka provides fast, friendly service. She’s great!
