The Customer Service Specialist did an excellent job of alerting me to the immediate availability of cost-saving online coupons, but neglected to ensure that I received all my clothes at pick-up, which required me to return a few days later. In her defense, more than half of the time I enter this site, the Counter Person is far more often distracted by operational demands (e.g., the presence of a driver or phone calls from management) than when the site operated under the previous brand.
