Great and efficient experience
I would’ve given 5 stars but I didn’t receive the service I requested 2 visits in a row. Do not request Express-you will not get it. Order was not pulled and ready to go both times. The associate was very polite so I will give credit on that
Clothes are great! I had a coupon for 50% off as a new customer when I dropped the clothes off. The person taking the clothes assured me the discount would be applied. I also requested to have the discount flyer returned bc additional coupons for Tide Cleaners were on the reverse side. My husband picked up the laundry, no discount applied and no returned flyer!!
Thanks for making all right!! Please pay attention to your billing this is the second time I was over billed .. by 50% over charge .
The you g lady that checked me in was fabulous and so was the one bringing it out Cleaning was excellent on all my clothes ! JD
