The woman who helped me (I forgot her name as I was in a hurry) was very polite, pleasant, and HELPFUL! Great experiences with this location overall. I won’t go anywhere else.

Need to make sure the plastic cover on cashmeres covers the garment completely so they can be stored. I folded over the small slack on the plastic and stapled it to loosely close for storage. MW always placed it on hanger in plastic bag for storage. This is really best. Hope you can upgrade this service as all else seem to be super!
