Always a great job
The customer service is always A1!!! There was some confusion with picking up my cleaning. After searching for my dry cleaning (to no avail), I was given instruction to return the next day in the afternoon and the issue would be resolved. After I left, I was sent a text message personally about 30 minutes later letting me know that my dry cleaning had been found and I was welcomed to come back and pick it up. Always great service. Staff are very kind.
First, the items I send in every week are meticulously cleaned, pressed, or folded as required by the items being cleaned. They never arrive wrinkled . Even when I use to pick up my own dry cleaning, it somehow got wrinkled before I got Home! I love the convenience of home pick up and delivery. The best thing since sliced bread. If there is ever anything not right, all it takes is one phone call to get it corrected.
I was satisfied with the service and results of my shirts. The staff was professional and informative during drop off and pick up.
