I really liked Tide. It is very close to my home and the workers were polite. I was surprised with the price. My husbands shirts were 3.16 with tax. It was a considerable jump from other places i have gone. I was surprised to see a bill of $73 for my 23 shirts. Though I enjoyed the quick turn around, 1 or 2 shirts were already a little wrinkled. This may be that I just need to switch to a light or medium starch and it would be fine. That being said, for the price, i am not sure if I will use Tide in the future.
I had to return two pieces back. One was wrinkled and the other had a spot on it. The lady was very polite and courteous. She had no problem on redoing the pieces and said it would be ready the next day. It was and I am happy with the end results.
