Despite the computer having a glitch and slowing everything down, the staff was great and trying their best to serve all the customers.

The clothes were cleaned and pressed exactly the way that I prefer. The check-in was fine and the customer service employee was very kind and professional. The same is true for the pick-up process. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
