I went in because of Loads of Love and the great service they are providing for healthcare providers but they have a forever customer. From the first time I walked in, the service was very professional. The girl who helped me originally was wonderful. She explained everything perfectly and the estimate she gave for when everything would be ready was spot on.

It was my first time using Tide Cleaners and I was glad they were able to dry clean my jacket during Covid19. It looked clean and great once finished and I was surprised to see that my inside pocket was all patched up as well, which I appreciated! Upon checkout, I forgot to mention about the 50% off for new members, but was too late since the transaction already happened. It would've been great if the clerk was able to change it, but she did assure me I can use it for next service.

Clothes were ready as scheduled, nicely pressed and sweaters individually covered. The people behind the counter were friendly and professional. I will return!
