It was closing time on a Saturday and I just moved in the area from another location. The person said it’s just a few minutes past the time to closing but it’s only a couple of minutes. She looked my name and number up in the system and processed my clothes for that next business day to pick up. She remembered my name and thanked me for coming in. I think her name is Taylor or Tyler at Creekside Park in The Woodlands, TX. Awesome customer service!
