I will have to go back with clothes, I did linen and it looked like a good job but it wasn’t terrible when I dropped it off. I was impressed with how it was packaged afterwards. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of five is because the young lady that was there wasn’t exactly the friendliest person in the world. She did not smile or anything; I got the impression I was bothering her. If not for that it would be 5 stars. Will give them another chance tho; will bring something this week and will let you all know.
Everything was perfect from drop off to pick up. I just love the convenience of not even leaving my car. Because I'm on the front line my service was free this time.

Upon drop off a lady helped me .... she was a bit short and with this being my first time using Tide cleaners I wasn’t really sure what to do. I am a first responder and decided to give Tide a try since they were offering free services. My experience was all turned around when it was pick up time.... the gentleman that helped me super nice, very attractive and made my experience so much better. Because of his amazing work and dedication I will be coming back to Tide. Thank you all for all you do.
