Great service as always with the exception of the concierge service. Not sure what happened but the pickup went from once a week to every other week and takes longer to get your clothes back. If you drop of the clothes yourself and attempt to pick them up, you are told that your items are in a different location for drop off. I have been with you all for over ten years.

Service fine, but way more expensive than other cleaners for the same service. Nothing special for the price. I will not go back.

You just assumed I wanted my pants dry clean but I wanted starch but you didn’t ask. I had to tell you. Prices to high I will shop around
