Your counter people are excellent! They know me by name and my expectations. The rest of the team, “not so much.” My dress slacks have a greater than 50% probability of being misaligned on the hanger and have to be straightened out. Approximately 10% of the time my French cuff shirts, cuffs are not folded nor have the plastic links in them, even within the same order. 5-10% of the time they cascade my clothes, when it states in my profile “I Do Not Want My Clothes Cascaded!” Finally, the prices have now exceeded the value! Some shirts have no starch, others have too much. I prefer light starch.
