Your counter people are excellent! They know me by name and my expectations. The rest of the team, “not so much.” My dress slacks have a greater than 50% probability of being misaligned on the hanger and have to be straightened out. Approximately 10% of the time my French cuff shirts, cuffs are not folded nor have the plastic links in them, even within the same order. 5-10% of the time they cascade my clothes, when it states in my profile “I Do Not Want My Clothes Cascaded!” Finally, the prices have now exceeded the value!
