I love the staff, they're always friendly.
The overall experience was “okay” for lack of better words. My original quoted pick-up time for my items was wrong. Was told it would have to be an additional day for it to be ready. That was one issue. In addition to that they only accept card payments. No cash! And last but not least...I only dropped off 6 shirts. In total it was $37 for 6 shirts! It just seems extremely pricey in general and for all the adjustments I had to make in order for my items to be picked up! Won’t be returning.

Excellent as usual. Sherrie and Terri are both outstanding. Always helpful and attentive. Outstanding representatives and always give great service. Clothes are very clean and nice looking.
