The quality of the work and the efficiency of the staff is always the best. I have tried others for lower costs, but came back because the best is worth paying a little bit more for.
The person behind the counter, I think her name was Stephanie made all the difference. Everything else - ambiance, dry cleaning service, etc is immaterial. It was no different from the previous franchise. But the human touch and interaction stayed with me after I left.

Nice clean place and good service
Professional. The counter person was a bit dour but warmed up after I chatted with her. P&G is a top company so I am glad to be using their services.
The front end staff is always 100 % customer friendly. The rear end personal that actually do the cleaners work is another issue all together. I cannot count the multiple times that I've had to request a DO-OVER for major cat eyes pressed and starched areas plus clearly missed creasing.
