We did more Drycleaning when you did not charge for pickup
Completed our dry-cleaning and laundry on time. My only concern/frustration is that laundry of my all cotton shirts is lacking the requested "HEAVY STARCH" my profile requests. I've mentioned this several times and told that Tide Cleaners has changed their process regarding applying starch. I wish they would find a solution to this so that I could have heavily starched shirts again. If they can't, I may have to find another laundry service for my shirts.
The person that waited in me, was very courteous, and helpful. Good people skills. I would recommend Tide Cleaners, because its the best.
What you have done for more than 20 years since I moved to The Woodlands. Impeccable service, attention to detail and a feeling of just having somebody that truly cares. That’s almost unheard of nowadays.

I’ve enjoyed going to Tide Cleaners. Beverly is the best. Very efficient. The new woman up front is nice and friendly. There are a couple of young men that were very helpful to me. The garments are always well done.
