The woman who took my clothes was friendly and set me up on your email system, telling me that I would begin to receive coupons and information. Sure enough, later that day I received an email that included a coupon which I used when I picked up my items. The gentleman who took the coupon and retrieved my clothes for me was professional. I had a very good first-time experience.
