A young woman with a beautiful and bubbly personality checked in my order, then with a smile, wished me a great day. A day later, I received a call to confirm that one of the pieces in my order was OK to clean, since it had no laundry/dry cleaning instructions. This is excellent customer service! Thank you!
Always done on or before expected return time. Nothing fancy, they just get items cleaned & pressed as expected, for a fair price. Never had any issues. Don't get me wrong, doing what is expected and returned "on time" is a BIG deal any more. Thanks!
