First experience with Tide at this location upon dropoff of clothes was unimpressive; however, upon my return to pick up the dry-cleaning, "Taylor" was superb; very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I am pleased with the dry-cleaning and fulfillment of my request for a center crease on all dress and casual pants, including Jeans! Thank you!
