Delia's does a great job. But, the best part is the drive-in service where I go. I don't ever need to get out of the car and all of the employees are just lovely and helpful!

I was surprised I wasn't told what I owed and I wouldn't know until I returned to pick up my ordered. That was different to me, since I am use to knowing what I owe. The people were courteous and nice.
My dry cleaning was returned in less than two days, as usual. It's nice to know that you can get a quick turnaround if needed.
I dropped off 2 sweaters and a lab coat on Friday for Saturday pickup before 5 pm. I got an emailing telling me that my pieces were ready before 5 pm, and I went to pick them up. I got home and realized that 1 piece was missing, so I returned to your store. After some confusion, the staff realized that the lab coat was tagged incorrectly.
