I’m always happy with the service at my local Tide Cleaners. Jason is super.
We have been going to this dry cleaner for years. We love them. Friendly, quick and easy. The clothes always come back perfect. They also take back the plastic and hangers for recycling!
Great customer service and always back early
Alana is always friendly and greets me with a smile EVERY time! My only concern is not customer service based, it is that my last two orders had an unusual number of broken buttons. Not a fan of sewing buttons. Very unusual based on my many years as a customer.
Well besides you losing a shirt and then trying to give me a shirt that was not mine and finally found my shirt and then there has been other times where are they not been able to get out some oil in my shirt so overall not happy with the dry cleaning service the staff is terrific
