I have my dress shirts folded to make it easy for traveling. Most of the time they are done well (with a few wrinkles which is to be expected on folded shirts) but sometime the shirts are very wrinkled and need to be ironed or steamed in the hotel room.

Your services are good but very expensive. We have been using your services for almost 3 years - Delia's previously and feel that the services are more expensive than most. Also, I feel that since you have changed over the employees are not quite as friendly as previous employees. They are more matter of fact where before they were friendly and knew you sometimes by name. Not as personal as it used to be.

Very nice staff and cleaning was done quickly and good quality. My only complaint is that I brought in a coupon and the staff didn’t know how to get the register to accept so I just said “forget it” and paid full price.
I will never use another company for my dry cleaning. Tide is amazing!
