I had brought a new suit in for its first dry cleaning 2 weeks ago and the presser had improperly creased the slacks and the jacket had been pressed incorrectly at the buttons. Let’s face it mistakes happen. I brought it to Cynthia along with my regular load of laundry and dry cleaning. She very kindly and professionally listened to me. She then put my suit in for a re-do. It came back looking fabulous. Thank you so much and special thanks to Cynthia.

Easy experience with my first use of Tide Dry Cleaners. They were just settling in under the new name in the existing Delia’s. The staff were friendly dropping and picking up.
Cynthia is a gem. Remembered my name after the first time I picked up my laundry. Always greets me by name and with a smile. Always a "Have a wonderful rest of your day" when I leave. People like that!!
