I'm always happy with the quality of work that has been given to my clothing. While that's an important aspect of your business, equally important is your staff. I'd have to say that it's been a handful of times that I've been in there when Genesis is behind the counter and she makes me feel special that when I'm going in my purse to put my car keys away, she already has gone to the racks and has brought my clothing to the front without my having to give my name.
