The service is excellent and my clothes look good when I can come to pick it up
I chose this location because of the reviews and I am not disappointed with the service and the result of that service.
The ValueClub makes my life with 2 kids so easy! I never even have to get out of the car! The staff is amazing, especially Ella! She's so kind and remembers my name every time and takes the time to say hi to my kids in the backseat and she is so quick and professional too! We have only had 1 issue in the last 3 years and it was promptly resolved (a shirt came back wrinkled). I've used almost every service you offer, including alterations, and I can't say enough good things about Delia's!
The gal at the counter was fantastic. The turn around was great too. Not a fan of the work not being done onlocation, but maybe that's more of a personal issue.
